Antwerp Art Weekend

The city of Antwerp harbours a dynamic contemporary art scene, ranging from internationally renowned museums, galleries and art centres to artist-in-residencies, project spaces, young and upcoming initiatives and pop-up exhibitions. Antwerp Art is the joint platform for these exhibition spaces, listing relevant exhibitions and openings for both professionals and a wider audience.

Antwerp Art Weekend

will take place from

Thursday - January 29 until Sunday - February 1st 2015.

This cluster of opening nights, special programmes and artist talks is an opportunity to visit the top of the Antwerp contemporary art spaces, see wonderful exhibitions, meet the artists, and national or international relations, and experience the Antwerp art scene.

The exhibition spaces are open on Thursday and Friday from 14:00 - 18:00 hrs, and on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 - 18:00 hrs. On Saturday and Sunday a free shuttle service circles the city with stops at each district. Sunday February 1 is ‘shopping sunday’: all shops in the Antwerp city center are also open.
