The aggregated anonymous information is also used to better understand and improve the usability, performance, and effectiveness of the website and the apps, and to generate statistics of how the users use the app in order to provide the statistical data and analytics services to our clients. NEWSLETTERS

We regularly send out newsletters to all people registered in our Newsletter Subscribers file. We do this because we think you may be interested in new features and services, since you showed interest before by leaving your data. Every newsletter sent to you will include details on how to unsubscribe and delete yourself from this file, you can also unsubscribe via an email to support@cloudguide.me.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

Although the access to the website and apps is free of charge, certain parts of content might request a fee to be accessed. If the user performs an electronic payment by credit card on the websites or apps, the personal data will be stored to be able to process the payment, provide the service, and comply with fiscal and accounting laws. The company will however never store the user´s credit card details, they will be sent directly to the servers of the company´s payment provider, Stripe Inc., or the purchase will be performed through native in-app purchase mechanism in conformity with the relevant in-app purchase program for iOS and Android.

KEEPING YOUR DATA UP TO DATE

We need your help in keeping the Personal Information you have shared with us accurate and up to date. Please notify us of any changes to your Personal Information. If you are a registered user, you may make these updates yourself online via the CloudGuide profile.

CONSULTING, MODIFYING AND DELETING DATA
