Lootsstraat 34 building

The corner five-storey block (two sets of duplex and one floor of apartments in the middle) was built in 2007 and it contains twenty social housing units, four of which are wheelchair accessible and five areintended for assisted living. The building respects the surrounding architectural style by using 19th century window division and a simplified façade. It is located in Lootsbuurt, a worker's housing neighborhood whose streets are named after Dutch writers from the 18th and 19th century.
