Content Management System
CloudGuide technology includes a Content Management System to upload all content, change configuration parameters and interact with visitors.
Once registered, you can start uploading exhibits, define artists, images, audio, video, maps, etc. If required, ask the manager or curator to approve the content, and then you are ready to publish. You get peace of mind, as some consistency and quality checks will be automatically performed by the system, and you can expect the guide to be available to the public in just a matter of hours.
The CMS was built on Ajax and has been designed to accelerate the process of uploading and managing content.
The feedback module puts the institution in control of reviewing and authorizing comments visitors write, turning it into a marketing tool.
The institution can define items from the gift shop or merchandising catalogue and link it to individual or multiple exhibits. The visitor will be more tempted to buy because the merchandising is more targeted.
Services from our partners
Value added services are automated and available through the CMS. Manage translations, recordings and incremental updates with ease from one place.
Focused on content
The CMS is clearly structured with various levels of content: exhibitions, tours, galleries, etc. We understand you might have to comply with copyright issues and provide the tools to manage them.
A broad horizon
CloudGuide's approach is generic, and the system supports various namespaces and categories of institutions, from museums to galleries, monuments to zoos and historic houses to national parks.
Institutions have access to the yearly global report and the monthly audience studies of their institution to see the usage rates and other useful analytics.
