Villa Marie-Mirandeis a two-storey Art Nouveau style building. It was erected in 1912 following the design of the architect Victor Tinant by commission of the ceramist Guillaume Janssens, who decorated the house and gave it the name of his daughter: Marie-Mirande. The property is classified as a historic monument since 1988.
