Weisman Art Museum

Housed in a striking stainless steel and brick building designed by architect Frank Gehry, the Weisman Art Museum offers an educational and friendly museum experience. A teaching museum for the University of Minnesota and the community, the Weisman provides a fresh, engaging arts experience through an array of programs and a changing schedule of exhibitions.


HOW TO REACH

Parking
Parking is available under the museum. University rates for parking ramps are $3 an hour and a $12 daily maximum. In the event that the museum parking garage is full, use the East River Road Garage for additional parking

Public Transportation
Metro Transit buses and the Green Line train frequently run through the University of Minnesota campus. For your best route, visit Metro Transit Trip Planner.

WAM Shop
The museum has a gift shop on-site! Stop by and browse in person, or visit the store online at wamshop.umn.edu. (Look for the link below, in "Connect - Association.")
